Returns Policy
Hey there, adventurer! We get it, sometimes things don't go as planned. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, don't worry, we've got your back. You can return it within 14 days after it arrives at your doorstep and we'll give you a full refund. How's that for peace of mind?
Now, before you start packing up your gear, there are a few things you need to know. First off, shipping costs are non-refundable. We wish we could teleport those costs away, but unfortunately, we haven't mastered that skill just yet. So, you'll be responsible for the return shipping.
Oh, and one more thing. If it's been 14 days since your goodies were delivered, we won't be able to offer you any kind of refund.
Now, let's talk about personalized or made-to-order items. We know how special these can be, but unfortunately, they can't be returned or refunded. So, make sure to double-check all the details before placing your order. We want to make sure you're over the moon with your personalized gear!
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Keep those tags attached and the item in its original packaging. We're sure you'll look amazing in it, but we can't accept returns on items that have been worn or used.
